Wholesale Accounts
To open a new account please create an account here.
If you have already created an account please log in using the link at the top
right of this page. At this time we ask that all wholesale accounts are
used for a resale, a business purpose, or a specific event (including but
not limited to weddings, showers, fundraising, etc). Prices subject to change without notice. MSRP is simply a suggestion and will not
be printed anywhere on the candles. These prices include custom labels and UPC codes
as needed. Burn times and dimensions shown are approximate and may vary based on
use. Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Check, or Money Order
accepted for payments. We can email you a payment request for secure payment through
our Merchant Processor or Paypal for online payments.
Ordering
Minimum order amount is $100 for all wholesale orders. We do allow you to purchase
samples at the wholesale pricing for your first order here. Buyer pays all shipping costs for samples. Orders can be
placed online here (must be logged in to
view). We can also take orders through email, just send a list of jars, scents,
and lids (if applicable) to
nick@nvcandles.com.
Labeling Options
Customized labels are included in all pricing for no additional charge. Generally
we can add a logo as well as a store name and contact info. We will send proofs
of the labels before printing and cannot make changes after a proof has been confirmed
by the customer.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped in 5-10 business days. Buyer must pay all shipping
costs and is calculated automatically using our online ordering system. UPS Ground
is the only method of shipping that we use at this time and is usually 1-6 business
days transit time.
Privacy Policy
NV Candles will never collect personally identifiable information unless this information
in voluntarily provided. This includes but is not limited to any orders placed through
this site, or email correspondence. NV Candles will never sell or distribute any
personal financial and/or contact information that you provide, because the information
is used for order processing purposes only.
Returns
Due to quality control considerations, NV Candles does not accept returns of any
product. Only in a special case scenario will NV Candles consider a return. In which
case, NV Candles must be notified via e-mail of the situation and NV Candles will
get back to you about your case as soon as possible. As a reminder, NV Candles offers
all products in small quantities, and it is suggested before trying a new product
a small quantity of that product should be ordered to ensure it meets your expectations.
Warranty
Although, we offer top quality candles NV Candles does not make any assumptions
about the colors and the scents offered. It is recommended small quantities of each
of our products are purchased before ordering a large quantity, in order to test
our products are to your liking. Please, contact us within a week of receiving the
