  • How fast do you ship?
    • Most orders go out in about 1 week. We always have a current lead time listed at the top of the cart page. Keep in mind this is when your order leaves our shop, there is additional days in transit depending on how far you are from Massachusetts.

  • How do custom labels work?
    • Simply enter your private label info on our website here. We can email you back a proof before printing your labels if you would like as well. We save your private label information too so you do not need to re-submit it for each order saving you time!

  • Do you take returns?
    • Generally we do not, we have literally 1,000s of options across all of our jar and scent selections. Due to this every order is custom poured and we cannot easily "restock" a returned order. We always suggest ordering 1-2 candles prior to placing a larger order to ensure our candles will meet your needs. If you have a problem with an order please contact us here and we will see what we can do. If we do accept a return we will require you to pay for the return shipping and possibly add on a 25% restocking fee.
