Existing Customers

If you are an existing customer from our old site please be sure to review the following updates:

• First off - Why?
•  This new site will allow us to increase our total offering and enables us to now offer free shipping on orders of $100+ (generally you should expect your costs to be similar, or often be less)
• Greater discounts - we now offer 20% off when ordering 500+ candles
• New jars coming soon! - We will be adding new options for tins in various colors as well as new jars in the coming weeks/months
• New 4+ candles per scent requirement
• Generally it requires us the same amount of labor to pour 1 candle as it does to pour 4 (or more) 
• As we generally sell our candles wholesale to resellers we believe this will not impact many customers, but please don't hesitate to reach out with questions
  
  
• I don't see a scent I used to order
• Some of our oil costs have nearly doubled in the past 12 months and we are working hard to find suitable replacements (we don't want to increase pricing if we can avoid it)
• We also are eliminating some of our slower selling scents as we have not rotated out new/old scents over the past 3+ years and feel its time for a bit of a change
  
  
• You will need to make a new account to order
• When creating your account you will be asked if you would like your candles with dye/color or all white/natural.  You no longer need to request this on every order and will help us eliminate the occasional "oops" of pouring incorrectly.
  
  
• Private Labeling
• We still have ALL of your existing label information saved.  Simply place an order on the new site from the Private Label Candles collection and you will be all set, no need to use coupons or request new labels on each order
  
  
• Where can I see my old orders?
• We have saved all this information, simply send us an email and we would be happy to email you existing order/invoice details
