Frequently Asked Questions

• If I choose "unlabeled or no labels" - how do I know which scent is which?
• We still include a bottom warning label with the scent name so you can identify each candle

• Can I choose custom colors for the candles?
• Unfortunately no, its nearly impossible for us to keep track of custom colors for individual customers.  The only exception is larger orders of 500+ candles, contact us for more info.

• What are my options for private labels?
• See our Private Label page to submit your information.  You can also request a proof via email before placing your order.

• Can I call you to place an order?
• We only accept orders placed online through our website.  No phone order as we have found this to be error prone in the past.  Larger orders of 500+ candles we will often take through email due to potential added customizations, etc

• How fast do you ship?
• Most orders ship in about 3-4 business days.  If we will be later to ship than this we will be sure to contact you ASAP.  Note that larger orders (200+ candles) can sometimes take an additional few days for us to pour and ship.
