Frequently Asked Questions

• If I choose "unlabeled or no labels," how do I know which scent is which?
• We include a bottom warning label with the scent name so you can identify each candle.

• Can I choose custom colors for the candles?
• Unfortunately, no. It's nearly impossible for us to keep track of custom colors for individual customers. The only exception is larger orders of 500+ candles. Contact us for more info.

• What are my options for private labels?
• See our Private Label page to submit your information.  You can also request a proof via email before placing your order.

• Can I call you to place an order?
• We only accept orders placed online through our website.  There is no phone order as we have found this to be error-prone.  Larger orders of 500+ candles we will often take through email due to potential added customizations, etc

• How fast do you ship?
• Shipping times are listed at the top header section of our site and are updated depending on our current order volume.  Larger orders of 200+ candles usually ship in 1-2 weeks.
