Generally, returns are not accepted as we sell our candles on a custom basis. We offer over 1,000 options across scents, jars, wax color, lids, and often candles are provided with custom private labels. We generally do not take returns as we will be unable to resell the products in a reasonable amount of time.
We always suggest ordering just a few sample candles before placing a large order to ensure our product will meet your needs. We specifically offer sample candles and low flat rate shipping costs for just this reason.

Do not send product back without prior approval or any response may be delayed. If we come to an agreement on a refund we will require you to pay return shipping, and the actual shipping costs we incurred to ship the order to you will not be refunded.
